A Little Bit About Pattie
For over 20 years I have helped home sellers and buyers in the San Francisco Bay Area—one of the fastest moving, most competitive real estate markets in the country. I’ve successfully represented more than $150 million worth of property sales, consistently negotiating top dollar for my sellers. My love of the coastal life created a natural connection between California and Plymouth. Choosing to move cross-country to Plymouth was a decision my Husband and I made to be closer to our family and grandchildren. Joining Kinlin Grover/Compass connected me with my business partner, Andrea Catino where we decided to join forces to create a winning combination of local knowledge and high end marketing skills to better improve the buying and selling experience for our clients.

A licensed Realtor since 1999, building a 100% referral-based business from the ground up. I take a down-to-earth approach to working with clients, many of whom are referrals from my network of relationships that I have made as a lifelong Plymouth resident. As a Top Producing Realtor, I am knowledgeable in every aspect of real estate with deep connections in the community to ensure my clients have the best resources at their fingertips. When I am not working with clients, you can find me spending time with my family on the beautiful waters of Cape Cod Bay or enjoying the abundance of outdoor opportunities found here on the South Shore.
